No weekend plans? Call in a sitter and head to a show at Seaside Tavern in Stamford. Fairfield County's Talking to Walls will be performing on Sunday, March 20.
The band will be kicking off a St. Patrick's Day tour around the state in honor of its new Irish punk rock single, "Black Hearts Parade." You can bet theyll be playing traditional Irish songs too, and yes, there will be Celtic dancers.
Their performance last year in Black Rock, which featured dancers from Fairfield University's Dance Ensemble and a bagpiper, was sold-out and served as the vision for the upcoming tour.
In 2010, their album "We Were Not So Tall" debuted in the Top 20 of College Music Journal's Most Added chart for the U.S. and Canada.
Tour dates are:
? March 13 at Anna Liffey's in New Haven.
? March 17 at Acoustic Café in Black Rock.
? March 20 at Seaside Tavern in Stamford.
