Poles were also being replaced on Arnot Street beginning at 8 a.m., and on Hunter, Chestnut and Grove streets and Norwood Avenue a half hour later.

LODI, N.J.– PSE&G was conducting roadwork on Outwater Lane near Harrison Avenue in Lodi on Tuesday from 7 a.m. until approximately 4 p.m.
