Ratner, school relations manager at C2 Education, has worked closely with Connecticut districts, libraries and other community organizations educating families, counselors and administrators on the current changes to the SAT and ACT. He advises students on how to be most qualified for the higher education programs of their choice. A graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in music and business, he received his K-12 New York State teaching certification through CUNY Brooklyn College.
