Pomona Man Charged With Driving While Intoxicated

POMONA, N.Y. -- A Pomona man has been charged with driving while intoxicated, according to Rockland County Sheriff Louis Falco.

Sheriff's deputies charged a Pomona man with driving while intoxicated after they said he was spotted driving erratically on Route 45.

Antonio Rodriguez-Hilaro, 39, who police say was driving erratically, was pulled over on Route 45.

Rodriguez-Hilaro was also charged with driving with a suspended license, Falco said.

Rodriguez-Hilaro was processed at sheriff’s headquarters in New City and is to appear in Ramapo Justice Court.
