AFTON, N.Y. -- New York State Police report that missing teens Lindsey Seymour, 15, and Charles Weed, 17, have been located and are safe.
The two were located in the Binghamton area and are in good health, police said.

AFTON, N.Y. -- New York State Police are seeking the public's help in locating two teenagers missing since Tuesday and who may be traveling together, according to police. They live at separate homes in the Town of Afton, police say. Afton is just east of Binghamton.
The teens were last seen in the Afton High School at the end of the school day on Tuesday, Nov. 17, said police.
Lindsey C. Seymour is a 15-year-old white female who is 5 feet, 6 inches with a thin build. She has numerous piercings and gauges in her ears. Her dark hair is short and cut into a faux Mohawk-style, according to police.
Charles Weed is a 17-year-old white male of medium build. He has short dark hair that he recently dyed black. Charles has numerous piercings and gauges in his ears and lip. He usually wears black clothing, police said.
