The area, part of the City of Peekskill Local Waterfront Revitalization Program, is a locally prepared, comprehensive land and water use program for the City's natural, public, working waterfront, and developed coastal area.
The effort is designed to rebuild the area with everything from parks and golf courses to cultural and entertainment venues.
