Success at Save-A-Lot requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to handle a high volume, multi-task environment. A minimum of two (2) years of retail management experience required, as well as a working knowledge of scheduling, merchandising, budgeting, and expense control to back your skills.
