Cali Brothers is looking for someone who is well organized, detailed oriented, able to multi task and be a team player who can help with project contracts and bids which must be filed and completed on time. According to the job listing, candidates will develop existing customer relationships to continue growth and retain business, source new business opportunities, market business to new opportunities, strong negotiation skills in equipment rental and sales, prepare and present sales contracts and lease agreements, meet business plan and goals and travel extensively within their assigned territory.
Applicants must have a high school diploma required and a bachelors degree is preferred, a minimum of three years sales experience, construction equipment industry preferred, presentation and speaking skills to small and large groups, driven, results-oriented self starter with excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, excellent communication and organizational skills and must be fluent in speaking and writing in English.
