The city's police department, Office of Emergency Management, school district officials and school security officers participated in the drill, according to the post.
David Santiago, the district's director of security and investigations, said the drill went "extremely well."
"No major issues were discovered during the drill,” he said in the social media post. “We believe we are well prepared to handle emergencies."
