PEEKSKILL The BeanRunner Cafés Reggae-Soca Splash that was cancelled due to Tropical Storm Irene has been rescheduled for Saturday, Sept. 17 from2-6 p.m. It will be held as originally planned on Esther Street and Brown Street. The event will feature several artists, including the Ayaaso Roots Reggae Band, K Vibes and several others.
