The man, who was walking along Main St., received minor injuries when he was struck by the car, said Det. Lt. Matt Clark.
He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, he added.

Pedestrian Stuck By Car In Poughkeepsie
POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- A pedestrian was struck by a car at 272 Main St., around 10 a.m. Wednesday, according to the City of Poughkeepsie Police.
A man, who was hit by a car on Main Street in Poughkeepsie, received minor injuries.
