A 22-year-old Waterbury man crossing a downtown I-95 entrance ramp against the pedestrian control signal was struck by a car and seriously injured early Tuesday evening, Stamford police reported. Klevian Postal received a severe head injury and was taken to Stamford Hospital, where his injury was determined not to be life-threatening. Postal was walking on Washington Boulevard on his way to the train station when he was hit by a car driven by Eric Pradas, 28, of Douglaston, Queens, police said.
No charges were filed against the driver, but Postal received a warning for reckless use of the highway by a pedestrian.
