The program, which helps people with disabilities grow in their independence, did not receive a Recreation Opportunities for Individuals with Disabilities (ROID) grant for 2016.
The event begins at 7 p.m. at American Legion Post 139 (217 Webster Avenue). It costs $40 to attend.
The post will provide a cash bar.
Attendees are encouraged to bring snacks and enjoy a glass of wine while painting.
