OSSINING, N.Y. If you missed an Ossining High School sporting event that you would have liked to have seen, here's some good news: the events will now be aired on MSG Varsity, a 24-hour television network dedicated to high school sports and activities.
Optimum customers can catch selected high school games on Cablevision's Channel 14 during prime time and also on-demand on channel 614.
MSG Varsity will also archive photos, articles and videos related to Ossining at www.msgvarsity.com/ossining, and this fall its network will air "High School Sports Desk," a half-hour sports highlights show, Monday through Thursday at 7 p.m.
A two-minute segment before the "High School Sports Desk" show will be devoted to students making a difference or excelling in the arts or other activities.
