SADDLE BROOK, N.J. -- Norbert J. Small of Saddle Brook died on Sunday, Dec. 13. He was 77.
Born in Sharon, Pa., he was raised in Ohio and lived the past 50 years in Saddle Brook.
Small was a member of St. Philip the Apostle Roman Cathoic Church in Saddle Brook and was a Eucharistic Minister. An avid sportsmen he loved fishing and in his younger years was a minor league first basemen for the New York Giants. Prior to retiring, Small was an engineer with Square D Groupe Schneider in Pine Brook.
Small is predeceased by his loving son Michael Small.
He is survived by his wife Nancy C. (Consiglio) Small; children Norbert Jr., Robert Sr., and James Small and wife Jill; grandchildren Robert Jr., John, Christine Addivinola and husband Thomas, Allison, Lauren, Michael Jr., Joshua, and Jacob Small; and sister Devoted brother of Marie Klie.
Interment was at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Saddle Brook.
