At 1:09 a.m., Belvidere police responded to the 300 block of Front Street and found a person with stab wounds to their back, arm, and hand, the Warren County Prosecutor's Office said.
A subsequent investigation determined Jacob Carom was responsible and he was charged with aggravated assault, multiple weapons offenses and terroristic threats, authorities said.
