New Rochelle's Main Street Gets Resurfacing

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Drivers are welcomed by new pavement on parts of Main Street heading toward downtown New Rochelle, and Huguenot Street facing Pelham Manor.

The recent work is a part of the city’s annual street paving program.

Streets already paved await yellow lane markers. These include parts of North Avenue from the Wykagyl Shopping Center to the Wykagyl Country Club, and from New Rochelle High School to Eastchester Road.

Workers finished resurfacing these roads the week of July 18.
