NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - Mill Road heading towards Eastchester is limited to one lane northbound as drivers come down the off ramp of the Hutchinson River Parkway.
The two southbound lanes are both open.
Work has continued for the past two days near the Lake Isle townhouses.
