NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. The city had a smooth experience during the weekends snowfall.
Only one call was received according to New Rochelle City Manager Charles Strome III.
The city collected television and monitors in the south end of town, which scheduled for Saturday, as the weather cooperated.
New Rochelle resident Barry Golomb gave his opinion on how he felt the city responded to the weekends snowfall via The Daily New Rochelles Facebook page.
It was only a couple inches, they did a lot of over-plowing on my block on Webster Ave, Golomb wrote. They were plowing nothing. (I) Have lived here for 40+ years and they have always done a poor job, just continuing the tradition.
How do you think New Rochelle handled this weekend's snowfall? Did the city do a good job of clearing the snow effectively and in a timely manner? Were streets plowed fast enough? Were there any other snow problems? E-mail: [email protected].
