NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. The right northbound lane on North Avenue near the Iona College dorms heading toward New Rochelle City Hall is now clear.
Part of the lane was previously blocked as a crew worked on improving the dorms.
Drivers can now travel in both lanes after they had to move over to the left lane of the avenue.
A crane truck currently sits on dorm property.
