STAMFORD, Conn. Parallel 41, the newest apartment complex in downtown Stamford, has officially opened its doors with a ribbon cutting ceremony last week, a press release said.
Developed by RMS Companies, Parallel 41 offers 124 units, including 17 penthouses with private rooftop terraces, the release said. Amenities at the complex include a health club, a lounge and a furnished rooftop terrace with grills and flat-screen televisions, the release said.
For the first time in Stamford, apartment-living offers renters a true sense of community where they can come home after work, relax and hang out in the numerous collaborative spaces we offer, said Randy Salvatore, president and founder of RMS Companies, in the release.
