STAMFORD, Conn. What's your plan B for the weekend? Burgers, baby, and plenty of them. Its Plan B Burger Bar and its coming to Stamford on Saturday, Aug. 4.
Plan B comes to you via Hartford, where the creator, Locals 8 Restaurant Holdings, is based. The Stamford restaurant, located in the Stamford Town Center, joins five other locations in Massachusetts and Connecticut, including Milford and West Hartford.
With it, Plan B brings a commitment to serving humanely raised beef, ground in-house every day. Plan B also promises a full menu of appetizers and specialty gastro-pub dishes like truffle fries and buffalo shrimp.
And then, explains Lena DiGenti, director of branding and culture for Plan B, theres the bar. The bar aspect of Plan B Burger Bar is very important to us, she says. We have a cool following of true beer and bourbon connoisseurs who appreciate those sometimes hard-to-find offerings. But were not snobby about it. Well help you discover that new beer or cocktail that you never knew youd like.
The space at Plan B promises to feel more like plan A, in that the design is ultra-luxe, with plenty of leather, polished wood and exposed brick.
