NBC has canceled "On Brand With Jimmy Fallon" after one season, multiple reports said, including Deadline.

The unscripted competition series featured Jimmy Fallon launching a marketing agency, with contestants competing to create advertising and branding campaigns for major companies.

Fallon, host of "The Tonight Show," created, hosted, and executive-produced the show through his production company, Electric Hot Dog.

He was joined by marketing executive Bozoma Saint John, the former Netflix chief marketing officer, who served as the show’s chief marketing officer and helped evaluate the contestants’ work.

The series featured campaigns tied to brands including Dunkin', Samsung, and Captain Morgan.

The show struggled to hold viewers after its premiere, according to ScreenRant. Its eight-episode run also had an uneven schedule, airing on both Tuesday nights after "The Voice" and on Friday evenings.

That shifting schedule hurt momentum for a format that already faced the challenge of turning marketing pitches into must-watch TV.

The cancellation does not signal a broader NBC break with Fallon.

He remains the host of "The Tonight Show," and his game show "Password" has been renewed for a third season.

Fallon is also attached to another NBC project tied to "Wordle," as executive producer. Daily Voice previously reported that Savannah Guthrie announced on NBC's "Today" on Monday, May 11, that she will host the new primetime game show based on the New York Times puzzle.

Episodes are expected to begin airing in 2027.

The new show will feature teams racing to solve five-letter word puzzles, bringing the daily online game into a faster television format.

So while "On Brand With Jimmy Fallon" is ending, Fallon’s footprint at NBC is still spread across late-night, game shows, and upcoming primetime programming.
