Mount Kisco Man, 33, Faces DWI Charges

CORTLANDT, N.Y. – New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested John M. Irvine, 33, of Mount Kisco, Saturday on a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.   The defendant was stopped by police near Oregon and Aberdeen roads on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, police said. Irvine was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DWI, according to police.   Irvine supplied police with a breath sample that revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent, police said, and was issued traffic tickets returnable to Cortlandt Town Court on Friday, Sept. 4, at 9 a.m.
