Missing Man With Dementia May Be In Putnam

PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services has issued a missing vulnerable adult alert that includes Putnam County.

Charles Jennings is a 77-year-old white male from Port Washington. He was last seen driving a 2007 Honda Accord with New York License plates DXK-6659.

Jennings, who suffers from dementia, may be disoriented.

The alert also covers New York City as well as Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Nassau and Suffolk counties.
