Jakira Jeffrey "was located just before 10 a.m. and is safe," Police Chief Vincent Quatrone said. "Her parents brought her to headquarters."

LODI, N.J. -- A 15-year-old Lodi girl who authorities said went missing on Thursday turned up Sunday morning, police told Daily Voice.
