Missing Jefferson Valley 13-Year-Old Found Safe
JEFFERSON VALLEY, N.Y. -- A Jefferson Valley teen who was reported missing early Friday morning has been found safe in New York City, Yorktown police said.
Police have reported that Jessica Powers, a 13-year-old Jefferson Valley resident, have been found.
