Investigators received a tip that John Dunigan was using the "Kik" app to distribute child pornography, the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office said.
The Internet Crime Against Children with the assistance of the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victim’s Unit and the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas Force searched Dunigan's residence, leading to his arrest, authorities said.
Dunigan was charged with endangering the welfare of children for possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material, authorities said. He is currently lodged in the Cumberland County Jail, authorities said.
