At 3:25 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 25, officers observed a vehicle make an improper turn from Route 46 onto Franklin Road, Denville police said.
Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop and observed the driver, Michael Keevins showed signs of impairment, police said.
Following field sobriety testing, Keevins was arrested for driving while intoxicated, police said.
He was also charged with reckless driving, failure to provide an insurance card, careless driving and driving with an expired license, police said.
