At 11:45 p.m., on Saturday, Feb. 28, officers conducted a motor vehicle stop on Barnacle Drive and a search of Eugene Samuels' vehicle, with the assistance of K-9 Venus turned up methamphetamine, testosterone and drug paraphernalia, Stafford police said.
Samuels was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of testosterone and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
