On Thursday, Feb. 12, detectives from the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office executed a court-authorized search warrant on Thomas Koch’s residence, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said.
As a result, detectives seized quantities of cocaine and methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia indicative of illegal drug distribution, as well as electronic devices, Billhimer said.
Koch is charged with possession of less than one half ounce of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of less than one half ounce of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Koch was taken into custody and transported to the Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing, Billhimer said.
