Santo was last seen in Somers Point at Somers Point News & Tobacco, where she briefly used someone’s phone to contact her father, Somers Point police said. She is believed to be without her medications and could be disoriented, police said.
She was last seen wearing blue jeans with rips at the knees, white sneakers and a gray and pink light jacket, police said. She may not have a phone, ID, or money with her, police said.
