The Maryland man used his cellphone to exploit three girls as young as 13 sexually, then hid another camera inside a bathroom to secretly record adults and minors showering and using the toilet, according to federal prosecutors.
Now he's going to prison for 25 years.
Brigham, 37, was handed the sentence on Wednesday, Sept. 30, by US District Judge James K. Bredar after pleading guilty in June to sexually exploiting a child and possessing child sexual abuse material.
His victims were three girls between 13 and 14 years old.
Between September 2023 and August 2024, prosecutors say Brigham used his cellphone to produce multiple sexually explicit images of the girls.
But his cameras weren't limited to his phone.
Investigators say Brigham also concealed one inside a bathroom, where it captured adults and minors while they showered and used the toilet.
The investigation eventually led authorities to his Mount Airy home on Aug. 6, 2025.
There, investigators seized a tablet, digital camera and SD card, two cellphones and another sizable haul: 35 firearms, ammunition and a magazine.
A forensic examination of the devices uncovered the child sexual abuse material that ultimately became part of the federal case against him.
Brigham had initially been arrested on a lengthy slate of state charges that included sexual abuse of a minor, second-degree rape of a child under 14, possession of child pornography, sexual solicitation of a minor and a firearms offense.
His federal guilty plea followed in June.
Brigham will remain under supervised release for the rest of his life after completing his 25-year prison sentence.
