Connor Oldfield was last seen at 1:30 p.m. in the area of Watson Avenue, Plainfield Police said.
Oldfield is a Black man who is 5'8" and weighs 165 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes with a scar on his forehead, police said.
He was last seen wearing yellow, black, and gray camouflage fleece pajamas and a gray zip-up jacket, police said.
Residents in the area are asked to check doorbell and security camera footage for any activity or individuals matching this description, police said.
