He was stopped by New York State police on Interstate 84 for allegedly speeding on the Taconic State Parkway, police said.
He was released on summonses and a court appearance.

Man Faces Multiple Charges After Taconic Stop
EAST FISHKILL, N.Y. -- Timothy B. Mackey, 56, of Fishkill, was arrested Sept. 25 for allegedly being in possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated.
