Just 11 days after he was arrested on domestic-dispute charges, Westport resident Thomas Carstens of 19 Soundview Drive was arrested early Sunday.
According to police reports, Carstens, 46, allegedly broke down the door of his ex-girlfriend's house to confront her and her new boyfriend. In doing so, he violated a protective order filed against him after the domestic dispute incident Oct. 27 in which Carstens allegedly ripped the phone out of his ex's hand when she went to call 911, causing minor injury.
In Sunday's incident, Carstens was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree burglary and criminal violation of a protective order. He appeared in court Monday and is scheduled to reappear Dec. 1.

? Stratford resident Michael Tall turned himself in to Westport police Nov. 2 knowing the department held a warrant for his arrest. According to reports, the warrant stems from a Sept. 29 incident in which Tall, 45, allegedly threw his girlfriend against a wall during an argument. He was charged with disorderly conduct and appeared in court Nov. 3. He is scheduled to reappear in court Dec. 1.
? Norwalk resident Alexander Guzman was arrested Thursday night after a domestic dispute with his girlfriend. Guzman, 19, allegedly pulled his girlfriend's hair and threatened her. He was charged with breach of peace and appeared in court Friday. His next court date is set for Dec. 1.
? Westport resident Asher Rubinstein of 24 Colony Road was arrested Sunday afternoon after a domestic dispute involving his girlfriend. He was charged with disorderly conduct and released on a promise to appear. Rubinstein, 40, appeared in court Monday and is scheduled to reappear Dec. 8.
