Sean M. Twohig, 22, of East Fishkill was stopped on State Route 55 for speeding, and an investigation revealed that he was intoxicated, according to state police.
Twohig provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .08% and was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of LaGrange Court on November 10, state police report.
