Westport Police today (April 27) released the identify of the white man whose body was found by a state trooper on April 22 in a car at Mahackeno's Sunny Lane parking lot. He was 48 year old William R. Bleakley of 17 Morand Lane, Wilton. Police continue to wait for the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and the Toxicology Lab to determine the cause of death. Today's police statement reports, "There are no indications of foul play regarding Mr. Bleakleys death, however the investigation will stay open until the information is received from the aforementioned parties." The Camp Mahackeno parking lot is located on Sunny Lane near Exit 41 of The Merritt Parkway.
