PEEKSKILL, N.Y. - The Salvation Army building on Nelson Avenue will be serving lunch from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday.
Also, a warming center will be open in the nutrition center at the Peekskill neighborhood center on Nelson Avenue from 2 to 10 p.m.
