The pooch was rescued as he wandered around Harriman Road in the Cedar Ridge section of the village.

IRVINGTON, N.Y. – Police are looking for the owners of a dog that was found in Irvington Sunday.
This little doggie was found on Harriman Road in the CedarRidge section of Irvington Sunday.
