Flood was born on Aug.15, 1992 in Manhattan, and was a devoted music enthusiast.
He is survived by his parents, Kathleen Pemble and Charles Flood, his brother Giliean Pemble Flood, and his grandmother Lois Pemble.
A memorial gathering has been scheduled for Wednesday at St. Mary's Parish Hall, 1 Chestnut St. in Cold Spring from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6:30 to 9:30 p.m, with s service set for 7 p.m. Reception to follow.
