Letter: Fairfield Rep Asks for GOP's Support

FAIRFIELD, Conn. — The following letter is from Bill Domeika, a member of the Fairfield Representative Town Meeting:

Dear District 9 Republicans,

I hope everyone had a great holiday season and is having a great start to a wonderful and healthy New Year.  I wanted to again thank everyone in District 9 who voted for me in the 2011 November election. I have just one more favor to ask of my Republican constituents in District 9, and that is: I need one more pledge of support on Tuesday Jan. 17, at Fairfield Ludlowe High School for a Republican Town Committee (RTC) caucus. It will be held in the cafeteria, the normal polling location.

The RTC is a body of Republicans elected to carry out a number of priorities, but mainly they help organize the local Republican Party and are responsible for rallying and energizing the base. I am asking for my fellow Republicans' support on Tuesday because I am passionate, young, energetic and would like to be a voting member of our town's RTC.

I look forward to talking to you all soon and hope to see you on Tuesday.
