No matter what the result of the Class L Boys Tennis Championship would be, New Canaan High School would come out a winner. Whether it was a fluke or fate, classmates Ben Lee and Kevin Budrawich faced off for the state singles title as both enjoyed home court advantage.
The top seeded Lee took the championship in three sets, defeating Budrawich 6-0, 2-6, 7-5.
