The event will be a free, 60-minute question and answer in the library theater. It is geared towards freshman, sophomores and juniors and will focus on the following topics:
- Finding the right match
- How colleges admit students
- What students have done in the past to get in
- Getting the most out of college
- How to stay calm throughout the entire process
Keith Berman, the president of Options for College, will be hosting the event. Berman, a Hastings-on-Hudson resident, is a former Harvard/Yale admissions interviewer who is an 11-year private guidance veteran and leader in the fields of college placement, guidance, gifted education and Jewish education.
