MOHEGAN LAKE, N.Y. -- Summer may only be half over, but school supply lists are already being distributed.
Lists for kindergarten classes in the Lakeland School District's four elementary schools are available at Office Max in the Cortlandt Town Center, and Staples on Route 202.
In addition to a standard backpack or book bag, the supplies needed at George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin and Van Cortlandtville schools are very similar.
The lists include magic markers, crayons, a dozen pencils, children's scissors, pocket folders, glue sticks and a box of tissues.
