Knowledge Montgomery was arrested Friday, Feb. 6 – his 23rd birthday – and charged with attempted murder, criminal possession of a weapon, and attempted assault, according to Kingston Police.
The shooting happened around 4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, when Montgomery approached a vehicle stopped at a red light near Flatbush Avenue and Tietjen Street and fired multiple rounds into the driver, police said. He then fled the scene in another vehicle.
