According to shelter officials, Kaizer is playful and likes to roll over and reach out to all who pass by. He’s about 4 years old and hasn’t had the easiest life. He came to the shelter with an old leg injury and tested positive for feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). He can go to a home with other FIV positive cats, or be an only cat.
Kaizer is doing much better now and is ready for a forever home. Residents can meet Kaizer from 10 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. daily at the Putnam Humane Society at 68 Old Route 6. For more information, call 845-225-7777 or visit www.puthumane.org.
