FAIRFIELD, Conn. Julia Lapcsik Magdon of Fairfield died June 5 at St. Vincent's Medical Center. She was 91.
Magdon was born in Bridgeport and lived in Fairfield for most of her life. Married to Joseph F. Magdon, she was active with the Black Rock Seniors and St. Emery Church's bingo.
She is survived by a son, Joseph Robert Magdon of Milford; a daughter, Judith A. Figlar and husband Robert of Stratford; and three grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. She was predeceased by her husband and a daughter-in-law, Toni Magdon.
Funeral services and burial will be private. Larson Funeral Home in Bridgeport is in charge of arrangements.
