At 1:26 a.m., on Tuesday, Dec. 16, Freehold Borough police responded to Jackson Street and found a woman with a gunshot wound, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said.
The woman was transported to a nearby hospital where she received medical treatment for her injury, Santiago said. A second victim was transported to the hospital, treated and released for a non-life threatening injury, Santiago said.
Jordan Woolfolk is charged with two counts of attempted murder, multiple weapons offenses and hindering, Santiago said.
He is being held pending his first appearance in Monmouth County Superior Court.
