On Saturday, April 4, at 12:23 p.m. a white Dodge Ram 1500 with an unknown NJ license plate, tinted windows and a tinted upper windshield dumped garbage and debris without the property owner’s consent in the 1000 block of Green Street, Phillipsburg police said.
Some of the discarded items included concrete, white chairs, and what appears to be a pool liner, among other debris, police said. The vehicle was last seen traveling west on Congress Street toward Columbus Avenue.
Anyone with information or if they recently had a household cleanout and these items sound familiar is asked to contact police.
